Class Schedule For Evening Services (will be changing when we go to mornings):
5:30 Volunteer Arrival
5:45-6:00 Children Check-In/Gym Time with Leader Supervision
6:15-6:45 Ice Breaker, Bible lesson and snack time
6:45 Return to the gym for an activity
7:00 Check-out

Notes and Safety Information

• If you are unable to fulfill your committed date, please find a replacement and notify kids@chagrinvalleychapel.org.
• Each child must be checked in using the iPad. A sticker tag will print for each child with a unique ID. This ID will be given to the parents and must be checked by an adult volunteer in order for that child to be released after service.
• Children may not "self-release."
• We ask that all children Grade 4 and older attend the main service, unless they are signed up as youth volunteers. Only youth volunteers that have signed up for that date will be allowed to serve.
• Part of class takes place in the gym so we ask volunteers (and children) to wear athletic shoes to protect the floors.
• Husbands and wives cannot serve in the same class.
• All teachers must pass a MinistrySafe background check.
• All entry and exit of the gym must take place only through the door in the back corner.
• Once all children have been collected by their parents, the gym will be open for all ages for unsupervised play.
